EvE Ship - 1 Dragonhead by tigaer EvE Ship - 1 Dragonhead by tigaer
The first of three submissions for the contest. Not sure how much it fits into that universe though. Rough model created with zBrush and overpainted in Photoshop.

Nice :) Whether it fits or not into the universe or not, if I had to own a spaceship, I'd drive one! :P

Good luck! This ship looks very pretty, and the details are very nice. The larger picture on the right looks a little asymetrical, though; is it meant to be that way? It's only a small nitpick, though; besides that, brilliant.

youre right. it's a bit weird when zbrush renders the pics. i don't know yet how to compensate this effect. weird perspective issue.

I know this is an old topic, but just to make sure: Zbrush uses an orthogonal view by default. You can change it to perspective by pressing 'p'. That's probably the weird perspective issue you had there.

Don't worry too much; it's just a small tic. I've seen some of your other pieces - you really are talented. Frankly, I'm a bit jealous! :)

thanks sir. well i'm always trying to make it look right. even if its not necessary. especially with concept art... it doesnt always have to look perfect since you only want to present an idea to go on/ahead from.

Sir? And I see what you mean about making it perfect; details like that really help make something look great.
