GCiv3 - Worms by tigaer GCiv3 - Worms by tigaer
The fourth and last of a series of images I created for Stardock Entertainment's Galactic Civilizations 3.
Eventscreen 4 - GALACTIC CIVILIZATIONS 3 - Copyright © 2014 ‪#‎Stardock‬ Entertainment

Created for an eventscreen in the game. This time the topic was: “The location of our colony on this planet is apparently the prime hunting grounds for a species of massive, building sized worms. This is by far the most fertile land on the planet, so we don’t want to move if we don’t have to. But on the other hand, massive building sized worms. What are your orders?”

There are some more images but these belong to a different part of the game.

I know, we'll domesticate the worms using taser guns and pepper spray.

That would be awesome indeed. And then we ride them like the Fremen in Dune. Yeehaw! :D

I wouldn't live on that planet - worms horrify me :fear: The landscape looks incredibly realistic though, especially the grassy hills in the foreground :)

Thanks man. The images were only done in 1920x1080 but I still put some extra effort in the the foliage detail. Good to hear it works. =)
