Terragen - Heavens Gate II

i really love panoramic views, so that's the reason why i decided to upload this one as a whole piece... not cutted to wallpaper size. maybe i'll upload a wallpaper version later.

maybe this one is one of my most symbolic pieces. the landscape is parted into a bright/warm part... and on the other hand, a dark/cold part. above all that shines the sun through the clouds... fighting them with her sunrays, and look like some kind of gate, opening an entrance. guarding the lands underneath...

however... created with terragen and photoshop.
terragen for rendering the landscapes and skies.
photoshop for merging and adding effects to the piece.
time to create... hm *think* - maybe 6-7hrs.
